Greetings Sweet Hour of Prayer
Prayer has a since of urgency everyday because we are obligated to "Pray without ceasing", (I Thessalonian 5:17). The Holy Spirit speaks to and shows us the specific need(s) He wants us to pray for. He also confirms "that need" through conversations with other believers, the preached word and other possible means He allows us to encounter (including the Study of God's Word).
I present you with a Prayer Challenge as we pray on One Accord, (Colossians 4:3-4).
Pray and ask God to present you/us with the opportunity to interact with individuals who need a word from God which will cause their Spiritual eyes and ears to be opened and a life change/walk with God, (our creator)
to take place.
Allow us Lord, to rise up boldly and speak to and guide the lost to Christ...meaning, we must be real, honest and living a godly lifestyle before them.
We need all the soldiers we can get to help fight this war. We are fighting for the souls of mankind. Our weapons consist of faith, prayer and the Word of God. The Holy Spirit wants to recruit you! Will you answer the call and say yes? You will be glad you did because you will be on the winning team!
Your uniform for battle can be found in Ephesians the sixth chapter.
Get ready for battle!!!
Corporate Prayer is where believers come together in agreement to pray for pastors, families, authority figures, government officials and one another.
Vision: Believers come together to intercede for our world, nation, government, pastors, world leaders, authority figures, families, churches, and one another; and the mind and eyes of the church will see the necessity of Corporate Prayer.
"Sweet Hour of Prayer" Ministry Mission Statement: God’s word instructs us to pray as Jesus prayed. It is our mission to commit to prayer and to the study of God’s Word. Our commitment to pray is threefold. We are to:
(1) Spend time in prayer alone with God, (2) Set aside time, daily, for family devotion, (3) Schedule a regular time daily, as a church to pray corporately with believers.
Let your prayer be known to encourage and bless someone on today. Feel free to express your heart to God!
When you pray, believe so you will receive what you ask for.
Take time to Pray. Please join in with me to Pray for our world, nation, government, community, families, children and the cares and concerns that you may have.
It has been addressed aforetime "If ever there was a time to pray, the time is now!"...Agree?
Be consistently prayerful, don't let up! Let's be obedient to God's command to Pray. He want to hear from you (us).
Prayer is the only way we are going to make it through to the other side of life eternal with Christ.

Prayer shouldn’t just be for ourselves or our peers. We are also to pray for our leaders in the body of Christ. Leaders are always under scrutiny and pressure to make important decisions. We are to continue praying that they are led by the wisdom of God. For our leaders in the body of Christ, we are to pray that the Lord remains the source of their strength and that they will never stray from the call upon their life.
Dear God, I would like to take this time out to pray for my leaders. I pray for the leaders in the body of Christ, Lord I know that they often face challenges that are probably more than my own. Lord, I pray that as they carry out the work you set out for them to do, may they keep their eyes fixed on you. May they never be led astray, O Lord, and may they always take delight in you, O God. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
